Excellent service, polite mechanic and quick call out
I used the RAC App today (18/4/25) when my battery was flat. I had just taken my cat to the vets and was stuck in their car park. I am mobility impaired, which I confirmed when I raised the breakdown. The mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of me logging the breakdown and got the car started immediately. He waited with me for 10 minutes to make sure that there was enough charge in the batter. He was very polite and put me at ease straight away. Absolutely excellent service - I only renewed my cover yesterday and I'm so glad I did.
