Beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service!

I’ve ordered 3 bracelets from them, and to a fault of my own, the tennis bracelet was too small, I’ve returned it and they sent me a new one within a few days and just in time for my holiday.
I’ve worn them a few days now by the pool, no tarnish, excellent quality and great customer service. Will definitely order more pieces from them.

Love the bikinis and had lots of compliments on holiday.

The designs are really cute and the quality is great too. Will definitely order again.

There were some issues with the Royal Mail delivery, no fault of Totesluxe, however I have emailed the team a couple of times and each time they’ve responded quickly and were very helpful.
Just received the bag today and wow I love the leather smell, the quality is excellent, such a stylish bag I can’t wait to wear it.
Will definitely order again in the future!

I must admit I was a little bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews, however, I have placed an order yesterday afternoon and received it this morning. Really happy with my purchase as I was after these wellingtons for a while.

I've been ordering from them for 3 years now because I absolutely love their plants and the customer service is even better. They have accidently sent me the wrong plant and I did an online chat with them. Within 10 minutes the lovely Kim responded and said I can keep the plant they have delivered and she's also arranged for the plant that I had ordered to be delivered in 2 days. Beautiful plants and amazing customer service!

Really impressed with the quality!

I've ordered some flowers for my friend's birthday and she absolutely loved them. The flowers lasted nearly two weeks so I will always use Arena going forward.

Ordered Thursday evening arrived Saturday morning. This particular jacket has been out of stock for a while so I’m glad I was able to find it at Wellgosh. Excellent service will definitely order from them again !

I have ordered an XL hoodie and the owner contacted me to advise that the fit is normally oversized and went for a size L instead and it fits perfectly. I LOVE IT!

Don’t order from here as they don’t offer refunds should the clothes not fit!
They deliberately put foundation on the dress that I returned to then send it back to me and blame me for it. They don’t respond to emails, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, 0 customer service, extremely rude and they’re pretty much stealing people’s money.
I have reported them to Trading Standards! I’d have 100% let this go if it was my fault for the dirty dress that they sent me. Don’t bother taking pictures to prove them wrong they completely disregard your messages, pictures. Accused me covering the dress in fake tan when I’ve never used fake tan in my life. At this point I’m not even interested in my refund, I want everyone to know what type of company this is and how low they’re willing to go for £100. Absolute liars !

Two weeks ago I ordered a dress from them, it arrived covered in foundation on the inside, buttons undone and unzipped as if someone had just tried it on.
I loved the dress so I thought if it fits me I will keep it and wash the foundation off. When I tried it on it didn't fit so, I have requested a refund and my reason for that was that it didn't fit properly, I didn't want to be horrible and mention how dirty it was on the inside. I paid £10 to return the dress, only for it to be returned to me with a note saying "returned as covered in makeup on the outside"
When I tried the dress on, I had no make up on my face and there was no make up on the outside of the dress so they have clearly gone out of their way to put make up on the dress to then blame this on me. I hope you enjoy my £100 and looking at the reviews you do this to a lot of people. I think it's safe to say that I will never order from you again even though I have pictures and proof that the dress was clean on the outside when I returned it!
