Don’t order from here as they don’t offer refunds should the clothes not fit!
They deliberately put foundation on the dress that I returned to then send it back to me and blame me for it. They don’t respond to emails, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, 0 customer service, extremely rude and they’re pretty much stealing people’s money.
I have reported them to Trading Standards! I’d have 100% let this go if it was my fault for the dirty dress that they sent me. Don’t bother taking pictures to prove them wrong they completely disregard your messages, pictures. Accused me covering the dress in fake tan when I’ve never used fake tan in my life. At this point I’m not even interested in my refund, I want everyone to know what type of company this is and how low they’re willing to go for £100. Absolute liars !
