I required a replacement key fob for my…

I required a replacement key fob for my garage door.I wasn’t sure what type it was so I sent photos of the key fob and the controller by email. The reply was immediate advising me what to order which I did.
The key fob arrived with programming instructions which I followed and 10 minutes later the key fob was operational.
The service was excellent and I highly recommend this Company.

Full marks to Itison

Booked a two night break for two but unfortunately the dates were unavailable. All though the timescale extended into March 2023, I am awaiting word for an operation in the next few months and felt the best option for me was to cancel.

There was no problem in doing so and I was refunded with the money paid back into my account within a few days.

Full marks to Itison.

This is my second lease hire with NVC…and not happy with non commital of questions asked.

This is my second lease hire with NVC and was based on my previous lease experience. My first lease hire went very smoothly this one was slightly different. My sales consultant Lisa Eccleshall was excellent. I was given a registration which I used to book a ferry sailing unfortunately the dealer that was suppling the car could not supply at the original negotiated terms. This was cancelled and another dealer suppled a registration. I had to contact the ferry company to have the reservation altered to the new registration.
The car was delivered and I was shown the controls etc, owners manual and service record books were there. I signed the handover paperwork,after the delivery agent had left I checked the service record book it had'nt been stamped by the dealer. on further inspection there was no jack or appropriate tools. I did'nt expect a spare only a tyre emergency repair kit and a security socket for the alloy wheels.
I contacted NVC explaining the position and was told that some manufacturers don't supply service record books and all servicing including pdi,s are recorded electronically. I asked for a copy which to date has not arrived. I was also told that a jack was an option which was not made available to me.
My previous car did have a jack and tools, no spare wheel just a tyre repair kit.
I can't fault the car just not happy with NVC's non commital to questions asked.
