They completely ignored the instruction to leave parcel in my safe place and chose instead to leave it in the porch for all to see! Too idle to walk an extra few yards to keep it safe.

Kept informed of where the driver was, so it arrived when expected.

Very satisfied with the delivery. The driver even put a card through the letterbox explaining where he'd left the parcel.

Bought two electric fleece blankets. They're everything that was described, and love them. Delivery was exactly as promised.

Bought a pack of ten sempervivums after seeing the lovely photos on their website. Received four varieties, four of which were identical, and two each of another three. The packaging left much to be desired and they arrived in a very bad condition. No label to suggest which way up the parcel should be! I wish I'd seen the Trust Pilot reviews earlier and would not have wasted my money. Could have done much better at my local garden centre but was misled by the photos. Have emailed the company and been totally ignored. Would neither buy from them again nor recommend them.

This is a fantastic company to deal with! They do what they say they will do and keep you informed all the way along the line. Emails are answered promptly - even had one about 10pm one evening! Their delivery service is second to none also. Delighted with my furniture and their service, and would highly recommend them.
