Fast Response

Well that was quick, I couldn't find a blank claim form at home so I telephoned and while I was talking I was sent an electronic replacement. I was also told that I could claim on line so I did that and within the day I've been notified that all is well and the claim is being processed. So, thanks to the telephone person this morning and to Debbie this afternoon!

My claim was dealt with by a lady called Nasima she was extremely helpful and sorted my problem within minutes. Within an hour I received an email stating my claim was approved. Very happy with the service received.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re sorry to hear of your confusion.

If a Policyholder submits multiple claims on the same day and they’re all authorised (e.g. a £50 Physiotherapy claim, a £30 Dental claim and a £100 Optical claim), a single ‘bulk’ payment will be released for the full amount (£180). When this payment is released (taking 2-3 working days to arrive in the stated bank account), a ‘Benefit Statement’ will automatically be generated and sent by email to confirm:
1. All the claims which have been successful/ authorised.
2. The overall payment made.
3. The bank details the payment will be made to.
4. A breakdown of the overall payment (i.e. if multiple claims have been authorised across different benefits).
Details on how claims have been considered/ reimbursed also show on a Policyholder’s login to the Online Portal under the ‘Claim history’.

I would suggest either logging into your Online Portal and looking at your ‘Claim history’, or checking your email inboxes for the ‘Benefit Statement.’ Otherwise, our Helpdesk can be contacted and assist with any of the above is wished.
