Tried to get in touch with someone

Wanted to find out how to revert the DJ back to how it used to be (if possible).

Nothing on app. Went to feedback page, their AI was useless. It sent me to community help and found nothing there.

If there is an email address to send for help it is well hidden. Unless toyr question is something very specific there is no help.

Review of Co-op Funeralcare

So far dreadful

So far dreadful. Not even met with them yet. Mum has prepaid funeral so can not got anywhere else. Not able to plan funeral because of waiting for certificate etc. Missed calls from them so rang them back to be sold other services they offer like probate, felt a little pressured to sort it out when I have not even set foot inside the shop to plan anything.

I need advise as I have done nothing like this before but telling me law down the phone 4 days after her death, getting me to answer questions about her will when I do not have access to it at the time, is not great start and something my mum would be fuming about. I feel stressed and angry after the call, like they were trying to exploit for a sale, added pressure. Let me meet face to face first! I just want to plan her funeral. Other services I will/might need can be discussed then. I will go elsewhere.

Delivery is broken promises.

Just had the delivery of out sofa cancelled twice. The cancellation text comes after customer services closes so you can not contact them. Having to rearrange a third day off work for sometime in the future...

EDIT: Bringing this down to One star as they have decided to cancel YET AGAIN with no explanation. The reply I had from them did not help me at all. Will not use this company again.

I am also still waiting for a reply from their customer services from 24th July, so it seems they don't read customer emails. Do not trust. Can anyone help? (not with a cut and paste reply please)

I am very sorry to see that your delivery has been cancelled, I can completely understand why you would be unhappy about this.
I can see from your account that we were expecting your furniture to arrive into our Distribution Centre which was why we arranged delivery, however there has been a slight delay with this and we have not received it yet.

I cant apologise enough for any inconvenience this has caused you and as soon as we have your furniture then we will contact you to re-arrange your delivery.
