I bought jeans. They didn't fit. I returned them. Royal Mail proof of delivery. Multiple emails asking where my refund is and STILL nothing. Disgusted they have kept over £50 and answer nothing. Wish I'd looked here before ordering 😪
Back in March, I cancelled my subscription due to lack of use. I didn't fight for reimbursement, as I hadn't cancelled. My bad. Today, having been reassured back then that my subscription was cancelled, they took my money again. They say they cannot reimburse, but this is absolutely false. Shocking customer "service". Looking into escalating this complaint as it's totally dishonest way to run a business.

Wish I'd read these reviews before spending £160 on an unwearable pair of boots. They shredded my heels and are super uncomfortable. The website invites reviews on the product page but clearly doesn't publish them if they're remotely critical. First and last purchase from here :(
