I decided to go with Abels for my UK-Belgium move due to their great reviews on here, and I wasn't disappointed.

Particular things to note:
- the good communication and follow-up of the admin staff. Particular mention to Jade in the office.
- really great and safe packing. I've moved some eight times before so I know good packing when I see it.
- friendliness, competence and good humour of the packing crew.

I was recently having some difficulty in changing my address on the EDF website. I was really annoyed because I had followed the online process several times and it hadn’t worked. I then called EDF and spoke to someone who unfortunately was unable to help me. However, they transferred me to a different department where I spoke to Eduard, from Team B. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and above all managed to sort everything out swiftly. This changed my entire EDF customer service experience.

Incredible product and service. First of all, the quality of the internet was just brilliant the whole time - fast, problem-free, everything you want from a broadband service. But secondly - and this is the key point - when we moved house because we were forced to (landlady wanted to sell) they were incredibly understanding and helpful and kind.
What an incredible service. I can't wait for them to come to my new area (sadly they aren't here yet - or I'd never have cancelled!!).
I recommend wholeheartedly. It is very rare that you get a company which combines a flawlessly high quality product with swift, kind and understanding consumer service. Bravo!

Unbelievably bad - cancelled on me mid call - I've tried everything - phone, email, everything. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

Hamptons Staff always Attentive

Although it sometimes occurred that issues took a little while to be solved, this was rarely the fault of the Staff at Hamptons themselves. We have been particularly fortunate to have Property Manager Joe Sanders as our contact point, and he has always tried his best to sort things out for us whenever an issue has arisen. He has been particularly good at being an equal intermediary between tenant and landlord and never made us feel as though he was only working for the landlord and didn't care at all for the tenant.
Keep up the good work, and thank you Joe!
