I was recently having some difficulty…

I was recently having some difficulty in changing my address on the EDF website. I was really annoyed because I had followed the online process several times and it hadn’t worked. I then called EDF and spoke to someone who unfortunately was unable to help me. However, they transferred me to a different department where I spoke to Eduard, from Team B. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and above all managed to sort everything out swiftly. This changed my entire EDF customer service experience.
