1 week late delivery and now 3 weeks…
1 week late delivery and now 3 weeks after purchase and 3 chasers later still awaiting a product key for the Microsoft 365 suite so that I can use my laptop. Completely unacceptable. This is my 4th purchase over several years and all the others were fine. This needs sorting otherwise I'll have no choice but to do a charge back.
