Worst couriers on the planet

Worst couriers on the planet. when they make a mistake by shortening an address due to their system and packages don't turn up, they give you no way of telling them this. I placed an order with a retailer giving them my full street address and Hermes took the address and shortened it, thus making it the wrong address and then I tried to tell them but there is, no phone number and their automated online chat gives you no option. Do not use this company, make it your last option.

So again G Network customer service…

So again G Network customer service make promises about acoustic barriers they have not kept, this has been going on for the last week and a half! The damage has been done to the residents, including my hearing, your workmen are the most selfish and aggressive ones I have ever come across in my life. If your workmen can put up road barriers they can put up the proper acoustic barriers which are not the thin ones. They are as thick as the road barriers in depth yet the acoustic barriers are higher, you could have put up acoustic barriers that also act like the road barrier. Why has your business done nothing? Your workmen are ruining your reputation. I think at this point it is time for the residents and myself to take legal action, because it seems G Network has not been able to get it's workmen to put up acoustic barriers for what is now more than a week of work on the road. Such a simple thing but G Network seems so challenged to do it or is it that they are so cheap they can't be bothered about the health and safety of the residents they expect to pay for their services?

G Network does not care about Residential Community

Again G Network makes promises of acoustic noise barriers for the road works and again G Network does not deliver, it has now been over 5 days of road works and this morning no acoustic barriers again.
It still is workmen using concrete saws and industrial tracktor drills and empty promise replies from G Network saying they will do something about the noise, blabbing on about their great work providing internet services yet G Network displays a lack of care for the community of residents in the area.
Just so we are on the same page 110-120 decibels is the noise your workmen make, on a daily basis, so the human hearing when exposed to 2 minutes of this whilst standing less than 3 metres away begins to suffer loss of hearing, over 5 days significant hearing loss occurs.
Also your builders have put up road barriers up, so you can put acoustic barriers where they are, because they take up the same amount of room, so there are no excuses.
You can read through many reviews on Google, Trust Pilot, Twitter and on other social media channels where residents are complaining about the noise so close to their homes, these reviews span a sizeable duration of time, so G Network has had plenty of time to get this right, so it seems they replying and saying they will do something about it but are not doing anything about it.

G Network will ignore your emails about…

G Network will ignore your emails about their workmen not putting up acoustic barriers. G Network will give you their customer service email address to complain and they will not reply. They will give you their customer service number and you press 1 and it goes straight to an engaged signal.
Their workmen are aggressive and yell abusive language at you when you try to talk reasonably with them outside your home, when asking them to put acoustic barriers up.
G Network does not deserve your business and hard earned money, they don't care about the public or their health, try other providers don't give your money to them.
Residents in the street are filming everything, this has been going on for 5 days straight. I have spoken to other residents who are getting in touch with law firms.

Illegal digging up without acoustic barriers

(Update on my below comment: G Network replied with a number and told me to press 1, when I am put through it is constantly engaged, this is the third day of drilling into concrete now without adequate acoustic barriers, the workmen don't care. I am going to my GP my ears are ringing and in pain. I now have photographic and video evidence of your workmen or contractor's illegal work practices.)

It is illegal to do the sort of digging up of roads you are doing without acoustic sound barriers, the latter could be taken to High Court by many residents in the suburbs you have been digging up.
Yes you can dig up the road but not without acoustic barriers especially if you are less than 1 metre away from someone's living space.
You don't just have hand held jack hammers, your workmen are using tractor jack hammers and the level of noise is very dangerous. It gets to the point where my ears are ringing, so do I go to the GP and consider suing you if I suffer hearing loss? think carefully about this because it only takes all the residents effected by this all over London to do a petition and boycott G Network.
Do something about it so residents' health does not suffer, USE ACOUSTIC BARRIERS.
I also see reviews on Google similar to mine, so you have known for a long time about dangerous noise levels so you should be using acoustic barriers and sand sacks to absorb ground vibration and sound, your workmen have no excuse for not erecting the barriers.
Your workmen are now brand ambassadors for G Network and they are not doing any good for your brand, if they are not doing their work under Health and Safety regulations for road works in residential areas.
