Simply appalling service. Meant to deliver between 4 and 6 but come at 1pm and tell me that the estimated time is driven by computer and not by the drivers or depot. Customer Service line simply terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. They simply don’t care

I purchased roses for my wife for Valentines and they arrived on time and appeared to be in good order. On day five, I felt quality was dwindling more than I would have anticipated and contacted Prestige on day 6. I received an email telling me that I needed to contact them by day three, which is why I say they only guarantee quality for three days. I was offered a discount off a future purchase but felt that the policy was too prescriptive. No one has asked for a photo for instance, just a dismissive email sent. I feel the offer of a voucher, whilst seeming to be a fair one is also a bit cheeky. I am being asked to further invest and risk future disappointment. Even supermarkets guarantee quality for 7 days so I am surprised that a company called Prestige has less expectation of their products.

We purchased a Halls Supreme Walled Garden before Christmas and I started to assemble it today. The instructions given are of such poor order it is hard to believe that anyone from Halls actually used them to assemble a unit. I spoke to a very good person on their help desk who is unable to send me anything clearer but did say they are being rewritten. As daft as this sounds, they need to look t how Lego write an assembly book. As a company I hope you take responsibility for accidents when these units collapse as these poor instructors will inevitably lead to injury in assembly and afterwards. Interesting that I cannot see any response from Halls on prior complaints!
I think over two visits I was handled by every colleague in the store, all of whom were excellent, friendly and reassuring. My optician Lucy was the best I have ever had serve me. I have always used Vision Express and your opticians have always been very good but Lucy was another level….served me with great knowledge and a little well placed humour too.
Firstly I promise that I am not employed or paid by HC for my review! As always the delivery has arrived a little earlier than expected which is great, as Hotel Chocolat always keep me up to date with the progress of my order. For those who do not own one, the Velvetiser is an absolutely fabulous item. Previously I was a great customer of many coffee to go outlets but the lattes and hot chocolates available now have changed my habit and saved me around £3 per cup. The Velvetiser can do so much more too, so if you get one, make sure you get a copy of the magazine that goes with it. The range of hot chocolate available in store is fabulous. My one suggestion would be to allow in store customers to make up their own variety box, to encourage them to try the flavours they would like. I appreciate there is a selection box available but to be able to choose your own would make a visit to store that little extra special.

Had two tyres changed whilst I waited and these were fitted well at a good price. What really impressed me though was Callum. The phone didn’t stop whilst I was there but he answered every call with such positivity and helpfulness that I thought was above and beyond what was needed. He also rearranged a fitting for a customer who would have been left stranded without Callum’s intervention. Really excellent service.
Bought our dachshund in as she was in distress. Vet and assistant were excellent. Gave Mabel a thorough check over and provided great aid, advice and calmed our concerns.

Bettys products are always excellent but I leave just three stars as the biscuits we ordered as part of a Christmas gift were only dated to 14/01/23, which is very short

Hi Tim, we're sorry you were disappointed with your biscuits. We freshly bake our treats and don't use any preservatives, so our items do have a shorter shelf than other "shop bought" items. Thanks for ordering from us and for leaving a review – it really matters to us to hear what customers think.
Ordered a gift for my wife and it came through in great condition. I even emailed a query and it was answered and dealt with brilliantly, I just wanted to ensure my wife would not know who the delivery was from. Brilliant service, thank you
