Hi Jennifer, so sorry for the long wait. Normally your area would be 1-3 business days. There have been huge delays across all courier / post companies due to multiple lockdowns and everyone is doing their best. Going by the scanning it looks like your parcel is on board for delivery today or tomorrow. Please let us know if it still hasn't arrived.
