Great Sales and Support Teams
After being with BlueHost for many years I have now successfully migrated to Hostinger. BlueHost's platform was stable and served me well, but their business practices often left me frustrated and, at times, fuming. Unfortunately, due to complexities in my site I couldn't migrate elsewhere (or so I thought), so I was at their mercy.
At renewal, BlueHost annoyed me again and so I decided to look again at the possibility of migrating. I had a call with the Kiara from the Hostinger Sales Team and she was able to reassure me that migration was possible - and Hostinger would do the migration for me.
I went ahead and bought a four-year deal (if it didn't work, I could get a refund within the first 30 days).
The migration itself was not pain free. There were problems. However, I found Hostinger support really vey, very good. I would have said excellent but for the fact some problems could have been avoided had they given me a little more information.
Despite the problems, with Hostinger's invaluable support, I can now report that my site is up and running with them. So far, I am a very happy customer (let's hope I feel the same at renewal :-) )
