My order turned out to be backordered. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them to cance,l and they ignored me.
They eventually shipped the order I asked to cancel, but they never answered emails. Emailing or contacting them is a waste of time.
Not recommended.
Would never buy from them again.

Saturday evening 16th December 2023.
At the barrier, the machine wanted to charge me £85 for my two days stay. Even if I still was well within the times I had booked and already paid online!
Extra points to the chap at the other hend of the speaker for solving the issue (maybe not too quickly, but it sounded like he did all he could).
In the end I was allowed to leave without paying again, but it happened before to get something extra charges at the barrier for online booked parking.

Looking for a pair of hiking boot, we went to GO Outdoors as they have a ramp to try walking up and downhill. Not only the selection of boots is great, but the floor team is exceptional.
Elliot has been great in providing advice, thicker socks to test different conditions, and sourcing multiple sizes of various models to help us in our choice.
Recommended.

I have a pair of Tatra II GTX and I love them. Used for 6 months here in Scotland, medium walks 2h to 4h on medium terrain (rocky paths, bogs), usually carrying a 5-8kg backpack.
My previous boots where Lowa Renegades. They were amazing but I wanted something a bit more technical after a walk on some frozen snow where the Renegades where bouncing off the snow (they were out of their comfort zone, no fault there)
I put the Tatra side-by-side with the Lowa Camino and I picked the former due to styling preference and the bunion option.
I think the Tatras:
- are totally waterproof
- have amazing traction (aggressive Vibram sole)
- are built like tanks, but still agile enough

On the down side:
- a bit heavy (but coming from the Renegades it's easy to say)
- the leather collar on the top of the inside tends to retain moist

If you experience squeaky leather vs leather friction, like I did, just add a very little vaseline and it will do the trick (thx to
Anders from Hanwag customer service team for the tip).
I'd recommend and buy again

"Watch Live" is a lie to make you register.
You can't watch live unless you pay. That would be fair enough if they told you upfront.
At least it's easy to delete your account.

Update: after this review and a PayPal dispute (with pictures) my order was refunded. Thanks to Jas.
Original review: My electric toothbrush arrived dirty, in a broken box. It had been clearly opened previously, repacked badly, collected dust and dirt.
I sent it back with the procedure Lloyds Pharmacy describes. The Post Office refused to give me a proof of payment as correctly no post code was used for the parcel (you just have to label the parcel).

I never got a refund or an answer from Lloyds Pharmacy.

I contacted the customer service twice via email with pictures of the product, and via their online contact form.
No joy. I'm looking forward to a comment here telling me to contact them again...
I guess I'll have to ask PayPal for a refund. Order number LLP680066, you have my email if anyone cares to take action.
