Terrible service! They left a TV I ordered at a parcel spot far away from my house, without ever being at my address. Now I need to hire a car to go pick up the package? I am really disappointed that Mediamarkt uses them as a delivery company. If I had known they will be delivery I would never have brought the product!

I was home all day waiting for a package to be delivered only to be informed I "refused" the package. I'd say around 1 out if 10 delivery drivers actually make the effort to ring the doorbel. Of course complaining about it takes some sort superhuman skill because the website simply does not allow for it. I hope companies like Amazon & Bol realize their mistake of going with this absolute dumpster fire of a delivery service.

Horrible company! "Next day delivery" took weeks & it was the wrong product. Their customer service is also nearly non-existent. For some reason, my review on Google was also removed because someone reported it as fake engagement (wonder who?). Rather use a proper company like Body&Fit.

Horrible delivery service! I was waiting for my delivery, with a clear view of the street. No UPS anywhere close. And then I received the message that I was not home. Ridiculous. I wonder if they ever go to the trouble of coming to anyone's door.

Overall a very good experience. The only problem is that I couldn't use the option to pay the Markplaats seller directly. Hopefully this is a temporary issue because they are great otherwise.

Thanks for your review! To answer your question- if it's important for the seller to get the money quickly and before the transport then I recommend you arrange the payment beforehand. Brenger's payment option is designed to protect against fraud by only releasing the payment after our courier marks the transport as picked up; that way we make sure that your items are actually there for delivery. In choosing between safety and speed, we went for safety; I hope you can sympathise with this decision :)

Review of Trunkrs
Bad delivery service. They only deliver between 17:00 and 22:00. I paid for priority delivery, I missed the courier on Thursday evening but the next attempt is only on Monday. They also suck at communication, saying to customers you are delivering a package that day and the just ignoring them really shows they dont give a damn about clients.

Sorry to say we don't work with priority delivery. As a evening delivery service we can only deliver between 17:00 and 22:00 o clock. Sorry this doesn't suit you well.
Please contact webshop if it can not be delivered between these times so they can send the parcel with a delivery service that does deliver during the day.

It is a pity to see a good company self-destruct like this. Not sure if they even sell anything anymore.

Fantastic store, next-day delivery and helpful customer service. I am somewhat surprised by other reviews as I have been using B&F for around 3 years and never had a bad experience. Their in-house brand protein bars are on par with the best in the market.

I subscribed to a trial version of Runnersworld (through their parent company Hearst) and afterwards, a year subscription was added without my consent. they do not provide clear indications of where you can subscribe and they do not respond to communication (email, phone or social media DM). After being a loyal reader for many years, this made me change my mind about this magazine.

I subscribed to a trial version of a magazine and after the subscription ended it was renewed to a year subscription without my consent. It is nearly impossible to unsubscribe from unwanted products. They also do not respond to emails, DMs on social media or consumer protection sites.

Wish I had known about Treated years ago!
