I was home all day waiting for a package to be delivered only to be informed I "refused" the package. I'd say around 1 out if 10 delivery drivers actually make the effort to ring the doorbel. Of course complaining about it takes some sort superhuman skill because the website simply does not allow for it. I hope companies like Amazon & Bol realize their mistake of going with this absolute dumpster fire of a delivery service.
