Excellent Service and Prices at Tredz!

I recently purchased an Onguard bike lock and a Specialized Align II Mips Road Cycling Helmet from Tredz. I was very impressed with my entire experience!

Tredz offered the best price I could find online for both items. Beyond the great prices, the customer service was first-class. My order was packaged securely and arrived promptly.

I wanted to share a very positive…

I wanted to share a very positive experience I had today with DX delivery service. I recently purchased a Keter garden shed, and the delivery went absolutely smoothly.

The two drivers, John and Dave, were fantastic. They arrived right on time, which was great. They also couldn't have been more polite and courteous throughout the entire interaction.

An important note for anyone who might be ordering a Keter shed – these things come in large, heavy boxes! John and Dave didn't bat an eye and carried all three boxes all the way to the rear of my property without any complaint. That's some serious service!

Thanks to John and Dave for making the delivery such a positive experience.

This review details my horrendous…

This review details my horrendous experience with CoverMyCar, a breakdown cover provider operated by Reach Financial Limited.

Cancellation Nightmare:

Within the crucial 14-day cooling-off period, I attempted to cancel my breakdown cover using their website contact form. This resulted in absolute silence from the company. No confirmation, no response, nothing.

Phone Calls to Nowhere:

Trying to reach them by phone proved equally frustrating. Calls were met with dead ends, leaving me further frustrated and without a resolution.

Finally, Taking Action:

Only after I informed them of my intention to pursue small claims court action for the premium paid within the cooling-off period, and threatened to report them to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Ombudsman, did they finally respond. This communication, ironically, confirmed my cancellation rights.

Save Yourself the Trouble:

This experience was a complete nightmare. I urge anyone considering CoverMyCar to steer clear. Numerous online reviews paint a similar picture of unresponsive customer service, particularly in emergency situations.

Here's How to Avoid the Hassle (If Within 14 Days):

If you're reading this within 14 days of starting your policy, don't waste another minute:

Cancel immediately by emailing admin at covermy dot co dot uk with a clear subject line stating your desire to cancel.
Even if they don't respond within the cooling-off period, your email serves as documented proof of your cancellation request. This evidence will be crucial in securing your refund.
Remember: Don't waste your money on this company. There are far more reputable breakdown cover providers out there.

Best bank i have used in a long time

I have been banking with Chase for several years now and have had a great experience overall. I especially appreciate the 1% cashback on all purchases made with my Chase debit card. This has sen me cancel a lot of direct debits, council tax etc and pay on my debit card knowing i am getting 1% back.

Another thing I like about Chase is their mobile app. It is easy to use and allows me to manage my finances on the go. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and pay bills all from my phone.

Chase also offers a variety of other features that I find helpful, such as:

Round-ups: Chase rounds up my debit card purchases to the nearest dollar and deposits the difference into my savings account. This is a great way to save money passively.
Savings pots: Chase allows me to create multiple savings goals and track my progress towards each one. This helps me stay motivated to save money.
24/7 customer support: Chase offers 24/7 customer support via phone, chat, and email. I have always been able to get help when I need it.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Chase Bank. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient banking experience.

Firstly, I was impressed by their professionalism and friendly attitude. I had an email and phone call as they arrived in my area. They arrived on time and were well-presented, which immediately put me at ease.

Avoid like the plague, really dodgy business practices.

Would not let me pay in full and insisted I pay monthly with extortionate interest. Renewed my policy against my instructions and without authorisation again signed me up to expensive monthly payments.
