I had a the hydraulic piston fail on my chair in year 4.5. They honoured there 5 year warranty and sent a replacement. It was painless and they were great to deal with.

Rang up to ask for a refund on my water bill. Lady on the phone was rude and also hung up on me while i was waiting to hear back from her. Would NOT recommend them at all

Richard at miles Byron is a one in a million estate agent. The housing market is so turbulent at the moment but he has held our hand through the whole process.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of our house sale.

Richard was again brilliant - he is more of a friend now than an estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone. A highly passionate and driven individual that I’m sure will sell your home for the right price and take a lot of stress away.

We need more agents doing what Richard dose.. but he sets the bar very high!!

I only put my details in as was intrested in a price / quote. I got a quote and decided i did not want to go ahead and asked to be removed.

The first lady i told this too was aggresive and rude. And since then i have been getting calls almost daily from spammy call centres trying to get me to go ahead.
