Said item delivered when it hadnt - photo of package was close up with no identifying background so unable to locate parcel and slow response from Evri resolving this

I paid for next day delivery on a parcel - 5 days later I still haven’t received it. Emailed customer services and they have refunded my extra postage I paid for the next day delivery but did not have the courtesy to reply to my email or seemingly taken any further action to try and locate my parcel

I had parcel due for delivery 5 days ago (was ordered next day delivery) EVRI sent email on day due to say delayed but would be delivered next working days. 3 days later no parcel and still same message on tracking website - when you try to contact customer service you fill everything In and it come up with same message with no further info or option to actually speak to an advisor about the specific problem. No update on parcel and no means of chasing where it has gone
