Waiting for cushion

This company is absolutely rubbish,since April we have been waiting for some replacement cushion, we have had to constantly ring them emailthem. we get no reply 15th of July there were supposed to arrive,they said there were in the warehouse waiting for delivery. its the 30th still waiting never ever would i go with this company and dfs shouldn't sell it to customers either.

27/2/2025 is when we reported over our…

27/2/2025 is when we reported over our sofa,it was to renew 2 seating cushion
We got the sofa from DFS,it is now 27/5/2025.guardsman are now telling me its not until July when there will arrive,I will never get guardsman again,there told me someone from complaints will call no sign of that to,it will be 6months for 2 cushions to be done.i could have ordered a new sofa for the time this will arrive

We are very sorry for the time it is taking to obtain the part(s) required to complete the repair to your furniture.

Whilst we endeavour to settle any claim that requires parts as quickly as possible, as we are sure you will appreciate, those replacement parts are "made to order", in the same was as your furniture was when you purchased it from your retailer.

We are not the manufacturer of your furniture (or the replacement parts) and unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays between us ordering and you/the technician receiving them, particularly if they are coming from overseas as is the case with your claim.

Regrettably, we have no control over 3rd party timescales. However, we acknowledge your comments and have passed details of this review to our Complaints Team to provide you with a formal response.
