It took months to get the shoes I…

It took months to get the shoes I ordered. I actually re-ordered them because I thought maybe I had not put the order through. When I tried to cancel the 2nd order after finally getting the first order, the co. ignored me. The shoes that came had an awful smell. I had to leave them outside!

I would give ---- stars if I could FAULTY RESULTS

I would give ---- stars if I could! This place is dangerous. I went to Quest on 109 and Biscayne in Miami, with an 8:50 appointment. They didn't see me until 10:15. They only had one check in machine working and it didn't work well. I could get no help from anyone who worked there. At about 2 pm same day, I got an email that my test results were in. I logged in and they were scary! The numbers were crazy and showed serious health issues. I screen shot the results, as I didn't have time at that moment to review them closely. When I took a break, I looked at the screenshot and wondered if more info. was available on line. I logged back on to study the results and see notes, but the results were gone. The next morning, I received the same email. This time, different results. I called Quest customer service reps. They were USELESS! About 2 hours later, another email that my test results were ready. I logged in and yet a third variation of my test results. These I did not screenshot. When I went in to the Quest on line system about an hour later, it was back to my second test results. This organization needs to be reviewed by the regulatory authorities. These faulty results can result in loss of life! I am afraid to use Quest again.

Not reliable

They gave me a shipping number but the goods couldn’t be tracked. Then they said it was delivered to shipping but due to holiday volume hadn’t been input. Then they said they were printing the dog photos and they’d ship soon. Don’t trust this co. I got money back

I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at…

I bought a pair of Balenciaga shoes at saks before the pandemic, wore them about 5 x, the metal stud fell off. I took the shoes to balenciaga at Bal Harbor to see if they could locate a stud to replace the one that fell off and got lost. The manager made 0 effort to help me! I own at least 6 bags- will never buy one again! I got the shoes fixed from a shoe repair co. But Balenciaga doesn’t stand by their goods.

ZERO STARS

if there was a zero, I would given them 0. Boy, are they a total mess. Dyson makes a good product, but do not expect any assistance or service on the product. I will not buy Dyson again! STAY AWAY. Vacuum came defective and I cannot get Dyson to replace the part. Twice, it was supposed to be sent, and twice it hasn't been. The most incompetent people work at this company.
