This is my second purchase from Designer Carpet and I am so impressed. I ordered from the remnant range - two lengths of Kersaint Cobb Voyage 'solar'. One was to be made into a rug/runner with a whipped edge and I love how easily customisable the process is - from size, to edging, and trim colour. I made a particular request that the edge be whipped in a contrasting colour and the company were able to accommodate this and the end result is beyond what I hoped for. Delivery is fairly priced and you are kept updated on the day (officially any time between 8am and 8pm but in my experience the tracker is accurate to within 10.mins).
Emails from the team are professional and warm, and I just feel in safe hands with this company. I will definitely be back when I'm renovating the next room in our tumbledown old house!!

I love the products but I have found their delivery process to be such a faff! It is pretty expensive for one thing at £30, and it isn't clear when products will arrive. I've just had a phone call about a week after ordering the product, offering me a single time slot. The day offered wasn't convenient as I will be at work midday on a Tuesday, so they said they would decline the slot and will call again "some time within seven to ten days with another date". It just seems such an inconvenient way of arranging delivery for them as well as their customers!

We recently had a survey (level 2) completed in Prestwich M25 by Jon. We were so pleased with both the speed at which eSurv moved to get our survey completed and Jon's kindness and professionalism. He spotted so many things that are useful for us to know, included loads of photos with the report, and helped us make an informed choice on the property. Jon also went above and beyond with talking us through the survey once we'd had a chance to read it, making sure we understood everything.
