As an FCA regulated firm, we can assure you that we take security very seriously at Freetrade.

We require you to set a pin on your phone, as well as on the app itself in order to login. When accessing your account for the first time, you will need to login via email. We trust that you also take measures to keep your email account safe and secure.

In the event of someone compromising your email account or your mobile device being stolen we take measures to protect your assets. When a withdrawal is requested, we check the name of the bank account holder and in some cases require a manual top up for verification.

In the event of any security breaches to your email account or Freetrade account, please reach out to us at hello@freetrade.io and we can temporarily block your account for you.
