Clearly don’t comply with statutory duties on returns. Dubious in the extreme. Products are nothing like the pictures.

Great products! Delivery took longer because somebody had switched the letters in my zipcode on the package. Luckly DSL found me anyway.

Good thing, and delivery was quicker than promised

I ordered two sweaters in early January. In about a week I received tracking information. I checked the tracking regularly for about 2.5 weeks before initiating contact with the company. My shipment arrived a few days after that, from a different carrier, so the original tracking information was never used. This is very strange. The sweaters, however, are nice, they are as pictured and seem to be good quality. I gave four stars because I expected a very slow delivery based on other reviews, but the fact I was given bogus tracking information cost them one star.
