Excellent. This is our second purchase form designer carpets, this time we opted for a bespoke rug to fill our bedroom.
The carpet used is amazing quality and the binding is fantastic. Delivery was great, with clear times given and the driver even helped us up the stairs with it. Always recommend this company.

Amazing fabrics. We purchased linen curtians, a quilted throw, cushion covers and a waffle throw.
The colours are beautiful , the French blue and spice are gorgeous. The quilted throw is so heavy and luxurious, it really is so comforting, I almost want the cold weather again to appreciate it to its fullest! The waffle throw is also excellent, a good heavy fabric. The curtians are beautiful too, extremely good price for the quality not only of fabric but the tones of colours used in all these items is second to none. These items finished off our renovation perfectly. Would highly recommend. Shipping was quick and beautifully packaged. Love secretlinenstore

Unfortunately one of the items box arrived damaged and when taking a closer look at the item the lid had been removed and not put back properly so had clearly been used it at the very least opened before it was sent to me. Really feel beauty products should come with tamper seal like they do int he shops to ensure this doenst happen. They have said they will refund me for the return of it, but I’ve had to pay postage and don’t have receipt form evri in my emails to claim this back from them. Annoying really, as if returning faulty item should auto a free return? Not sure if shop with them again

Really quick delivery. Needed to return a few things that were too small, refunded really quick and replacement received quickly too. Really good service
