Terrible company, most of the workers at Westfield primark are dusty people. The supervisor at Stratford Westfield primark is an Indian lady and I have seen firsthand how she behaved with a pregnant woman who was trying to locate her items. Very poor customer service from this supervisor she was loud and rude and when talking to her colleague on the tills she called the pregnant woman an idiot. Disgusting behaviour
No parcel received, photo of delivery sent to me but this has no door number and it certainly isn’t my building. Best to avoid using yodel

Ordered a north face jacket, JD used yodel for this delivery and of course I never received the package. Complained to JD who advised yodel have sent them a photo of delivery. The photo is not anywhere near my building. It’s been 2 months now no response. Says it all really doesn’t it

Still waiting for my parcel. No response to any of my emails sent to yodel.
Advised by yodel parcel has been delivered on 19th, a very grainy photo taken by the driver as proof. The driver has clearly stolen the item as most of these guys are tramps. No delivery received, charged back via my bank and received funds. Yodel have raised a further complaint even though they failed to resolve the previous one. No response from their CEO neil.kuschel at yodel.co.uk or customer care managers natalie.higgins at yodel.co.uk and Michaela.Simpson at yodel.co.uk. I think that pretty much says it all about this pathetic company

Still waiting for delivery. This was supposed to be delivered on Monday and it has stated “out for delivery” since yesterday. Spoke to someone on live chat who advised yodel are doing everything possible to get my parcel delivered. No one from Yodel has asked me for the CCTV proving what the driver initially did on 13th June. Salima has emailed they are investigating but doesn’t answer the most important questions - where is my parcel and why has it not arrived yet. An absolutely pathetic company. I have emailed the CEO Neil Kuschel but I won’t hold my breath

Twice failed to deliver. On the 2nd attempt I saw the driver in his grey van just drive up at 18:42 Sit there for 2 minutes and drove off. He made no attempt to deliver. Waiting for delivery on Monday now hopefully. Yodel should address the drivers unprofessional behaviour

Great experience booking holidays with this team, had to change hotels as i changed my mind, had a live chat with Nathan Revell who was really helpful and provided me with all the relevant info needed, he really put my mind at rest. Would highly recommend using them, prices are quite reasonable

Terrible service. Firstly these cakes are not worth the price, they are overloaded with icing and cream, hardly any sponge cake inside. Secondly the delivery was late, the only reason I even ordered from this rubbish place was because of the same day delivery between 3-7pm, It arrived much much later. I emailed them to ask why charge for a service if you cannot provide it, I have had no response not even an apology for the late delivery. Will never order from this rubbish place again
Brilliant quality meat and fish. I have ordered a few times never had any complaints. The prices are very reasonable and arrives next day delivery well packed.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Totally rubbish company. Parcel was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, still waiting and everyday for the past 2 days it's the same "out for delivery" then they give a 2 hour window and then fail to deliver. Absolutely crap

Much like everybody on here I wish I could give 0 for this absolutely pathetic service. I am just glad I can watch the final on BBC now. How ITV is able to obtain rights to stream matches is beyond me
