Stay away from Zalando!!! My delivery was missing items and they flat out refuse to refund. APPALLING customer service, too, no options to escalate complaints: "Our warehouse shipped all items, DHL says they aren't aware of any issues" on repeat. Now I need to go down the legal route if I don't want pay a large cooperation for goods I have never received! (FYI: Risk of delivery is with the seller NOT the customer!) Stay away. Seriously, stay away!!!

This is my second Ottie. First one was a woman's size XL, and the fit was good, this time I went for a men's in L, and it's perfect, nice and long! (I'm female and really tall). The only slight criticism is that after washing (handwash, cold!) both seem to be slightly twisted along the side seams. Maybe something to look into for the production team? Doesn't take much away though from a great and ethical merino shirt that I want to wear every day!

Lovely, great quality merion tshirts. The only thing I feel a tad let down by is the description of the ladies' shirts as longer than standard and not having flimsy sleeves. Admittedly, I'm rather tall at 6'1, but length of shirt and sleeves is rather average for a women's tee. Lesson learnt: Next time I'll just go for the men's (my partner's got one and it fits me perfectly) and I'll be super happy with my purchase :)
