Hole within a month
T-shirt developed a hole after a few everyday wearings. I reached out to support twice over 2 weeks and didn't receive a response.
Edit: Support were having email issues that they've since resolved. They asked for some photos but haven't been in touch for a few weeks since.

T-shirt shrank significantly and no customer service
The t-shirt shrank significantly on the first wash, so much so I do not want to wear it as it looks way too small for me. I emailed the company twice asking for advice with this issue, but was completely ignored.

Great t-shirt in high quality Merino.
The comfortable relaxed fit has been great for hiking and mountain biking. It’s warm on cold mornings and wicks sweat when things warm up. They look sharp too so I wear them everywhere.
I value that they are locally made with natural materials. Happy to pay for such good quality stuff that lasts the distance.

Wow!!!!! In the past few days I've ordered a set of men's and women's merino T-shirts for a big trip.
The t-shirts look and feel amazing and have a really relaxed comfy fit. BUT, I can't remember when I've last received such great customer service 😍🙌.
