It was all very easy, and professionally carried out.
I get on well with the driver, whose name, to my shame, I do not know, but we talked about golf all the time he was filling my tank!

Really wanted to help me, and they achieved this.

Emad the driver was punctual, very polite, and respectful of our property.
This is the first time I have used AnyVan, but it saved me a 370 mile round trip, and was less expensive than hiring a van, and paying for fuel.

David is very professional and very thorough.
The finish is absolutely perfect.

OK.I had a really bad experience initially, when we bought a new TV.
It was not compatible with our current systems.
So, we went to the Store and had a good session with Steve who tried very hard to resolve the issue, but without success.
So, he introduced me to Dillon. What a star.
He went a lot further than the extra mile.
So helpful. OK. We bought a new DVD player which is great, and we are just waiting now for our new Sony surround system to arrive, and we will be good to go.
He did us a great deal on the price, and took a long time ensuring I knew how to set the system up.
So, thanks Dillon for all your help.

Before buying our Hisense TV, I asked Rachel who represents Hisense, and Holly, who is the Currys salesperson, if this TV would be compatible with our existing systems, ie, a TalkTalk box, and more importantly, our Sony Home Entertainment system with surround sound etc.
The engineers who installed it this morning told us it is NOT compatible with our system, so we are now unable to play DVD's.
We can only play CD's, so having spent a great deal of money on a new TV, it is not doing what the old Samsung was doing for us.
So, we are most unhappy about this, and we want to know how we can play DVD's through our new TV, or else we will consider asking for it to be returned.

The product is fine, and I managed to install it on the roof in about three hours.
My only criticism is the roller. Come on guys, a 4 inch roller is taking the pxxx!
So I used my old trusted one, which is now in the bin!

I bought an outside wall key safe for an elderly neighbour to allow her carers access. It was faulty, and I could not get the reset lever to work. So I contacted Blue Spot, explained the situation, and a new one arrived two days later free of charge.

Great service and competitive prices. The delivery was earlier than expected, and I got on well with the delivery driver.

It was what I hoped a travel insurance company would be.
Very clear wording, and all my needs were fully met, including the price.
Price is important, but that should not be the sole reason for buying a policy. The main reason should be the peace of mind you have, when you are confident you are dealing with a professional insurer.
