I regret ever ordering

I still don't have a bike. I ordered on the 10th of November..... If you get any communication from the company it is vague and usually lies. Do not buy a bike from Cowboy, save yourself time and money. Awful, awful experience that I do not wish on anyone.

We truly regret that you haven't received your bike yet and we understand how frustrating this delay is.

The delay is due to the transition of our assembly to France, which disrupted our timelines far more than anticipated. We are now stabilising production and increasing output, but we completely understand that this doesn’t change how long you’ve already waited.

You won't get a bike, just a headache

It's been almost exactly six months since I placed my order.
From being assured by the test rider I would get my bike in a month to now being delayed three times and no communication at all. I can comfortably say this experience has been horrendous. Considering this is a 'premium' product, the experience has been as far away from that as possible.

Do yourself a favour and look at Tenways or Veloretti, because Cowboy isn't worth the hassle.

Good Products, website needs work

Good product but website bugged when buying so instead of having a separate billing and delivery address it overwrote the delivery to be the same as billing. Not a huge deal as it was a small item but still a bit annoying. Also when I sent a request about this to customer service I never got a reply.

Excellent Experience

Really enjoy having my Vybey shake every morning to start the day. I was a consistent user of Huel previously so knew what to expect however I must say Vybey tastes better and makes me feel better. I'm very conscious of what I put in my body and the nutritional benefits as well as stopping me snacking and keeping my brain sharp makes Vybey the perfect choice. Highly recommended to anyone interested in getting started.

Didn't deliver and then claimed it was my fault and they were taking the order back with no opportunity to re-send. Had to contact customer service multiple times to even receive an answer
