I regret ever ordering

I still don't have a bike. I ordered on the 10th of November..... If you get any communication from the company it is vague and usually lies. Do not buy a bike from Cowboy, save yourself time and money. Awful, awful experience that I do not wish on anyone.

We truly regret that you haven't received your bike yet and we understand how frustrating this delay is.

The delay is due to the transition of our assembly to France, which disrupted our timelines far more than anticipated. We are now stabilising production and increasing output, but we completely understand that this doesn’t change how long you’ve already waited.
