It was my first time ordering live…

It was my first time ordering live plants online. They did a good job. They dispatched quickly. I got updated when dispatch, tracking information, estimated delivery and delivered details. Everything was smooth. Most importantly, the plants arrived in good shape, they look very healthy and happy. The package was secured. The plants is so well positioned in the box and have zero physical damage. Excellent job.

no one would be happy but they are help.

I understand no one would be happy if they received a letter about owed money from someone.
I was asked to pay for a bill from EDF issued 14 months ago because I moved out and had never seen it. I received a letter from LCS last month. Since then, I contacted them many times by phone and email. They are friendly and helpful.

On the other hand, I asked EDF for the final bill for a weeks, they promised me many times, by phone, by email, by chat, they were sending it. They failed. EDF was terrible. They want your money but can’t give you a bill.

After struggle with EDF for weeks, I asked LCS if they can get that for me, in two days, the bill came to my email. I verified with EDF and it was legit. You can’t be too safe these days. I went to PayZone and paid the bill.
LCS was helpful for the past few weeks. It was not fun but need to give LCS credit for that.

They don’t verify before starting a case

They send you letters to ask for money without verify the case
My wife has a British Gas account. We paid on time with direct debit. We clear the account every year by paying one off payment or getting a refund. Suddenly, I received a letter saying owe hundreds of pounds. Called British Gas and confirmed it was system upgrade and they should not send me anything. Chatted with bwlegal, they keep require documents, account screenshots capture, then, British Gas screenshot chat capture, then, a full transcript of the chat. What a hassle for fixing their mistakes.
Today, another letter to claim £877 with a supply address I have never heard of. This company is terrible and waste of time. Keep sending rubbish letters.

Bought 4 items, all gone wrong

Bought 4 items. All of them are not functioning as described.
A zigbee extender, when I link the device, it showes as a socket. Other zigbee devices near it does not get any extended signal. Tried to get a refund for £4. Needed to take a photo, write a description about what happened. I am waiting for their decision if I can get a refund or not.
Other three items are PIR sensor with light sensor. PIR is fine, light sensor part is missing. No light sensor function at all. Scammed by the sellers again. I didn’t apply to refund for the senaor because these are cheap and I can live with the PIR function only.
Very disappointing with Aliexpress. They have issues with their product all the time. The customer service is poor too.

Money collecting company sudden appera

I am a landlord. One of my tenants switched to EDF before they moved out. I occupied the property for about a month last year. Then, I closed my account and told them my correspondence address. All happened more than a year ago.
Last month, I received a letter from a money collecting company and mentioned owing them money 14 months ago. I don’t mind to pay the bill if I owe them money. The problem is I don’t want to share my bank details to a company I am not familiar with. I called EDF, chat with them every few days for a month to get a final bill. Everyone on the phone and chat promised me a bill is coming . Obviously, nothing came. They could not provide me just a final until today. On the other side, both me and my tenant received letters, messages, emails to pay for a final bill I have never seen. Until I contacted the money collecting company, they got it for me. By the way, EDF closed my online account which I wanted to log in and pay. None of the online paying methods mentioned on the final bill works. I have to mention again, the money collecting company got the final bill for me. EDF didn’t send me anything. I am going yo paypoint today. Hopefully, I am able to pay that. I always want to pay the bill, but EDF is not helping. Everything is fine until you move out.

Wonderful experience

We booked a last minute flying experience for my son, less than 24hours before starting. It was our first experience like that. We purchased the coupon and paid by PayPal. After that, we could not find our coupon and did not receive any email. We called the number on the website. The phone answered quickly. BTW, I am sorry, I didn’t know who answered the phone, but he was very friendly and patient. Everything solved quickly and he explained the following steps to book the experience in detail. Since it was quite hurry and only one space left. He promised to do the work right away. Amazingly, within minutes, we received the coupon as promised and successfully booked the experience. It was one of the best experiences for my son. Definitely recommend flights4all

Too good but True, deserves 10 stars

First, I was attracted by the price.
Before I placed the order, I was quite worried too good to be true. I am a bargain shopper. I do a lot of research and comparing before I buy. The price there is crazy low compared to other shops, both online and retail stores, so I gave it a try and see. I placed two orders separately. Both arrived quickly and without any issues. I ordered a toilet set and a bathroom tap. The quality was beyond my expectations. All I can say is too good but true.

Nice but Difficult to leave

My membership is going to expire soon. Sent them two messages and no one replied. Tried to chat, got an auto reply from chat telling me to call their number. Waited for 30mins and got my membership cancelled. By the way, the staff on the phone was friendly and helpful. However, they could make the process easier.
Before the cancellation, my family had wonderful experience. The castles were beautiful, staffs were happy to help. Just the last moment gave me the headache. If the cancellation is easier, I would definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

No refund option

The first order was happy. Something is not working the moment it arrived in the second order. I looked for refund option. I couldn’t find it like Temu. I was lucky that thing was very cheap. But, I don’t trust them anymore. Go to Temu, their after sale is so much better.

Almost caused fire, dangerous product

First, it is my first and only one star review in trustpilot. I hope I can post a photo of my Immersun here. However, please see other one star reviews here before buying or search a video for “Immersun burnt connection”. I am not alone with the problem. I should have watched the videos before I bought it.

I have Growatt inverter and a AXE 5.0L battery system. Immersun worked seamlessly with my system. Not many diverter can operate well with battery. I have to say they did good job for that. Unfortunately, after two years, I smell something was burning and coming from the immersun. After opening it, I found the live cable melted. Looked more carefully, the chips around that are melted too. The blue and black chips were melted and bonded with the green cable parts. I had to break the green plastic to release the cable. Actually, I feel lucky, it could cause much bigger problems. A melted live cable is no joke. I spent £517.00. I am sure I could not save that much money in two years. Obviously, the design is faulty. Avoid buying anything here.

UPDATE. Immersun requested my details through trustpilot few days ago. After providing my name, email, phone number and order number, I hear nothing from them. Instead, they have enough time to write a long reply here. They just proof themselves how they would treat their customers.

Great service

The repair was done and the car was ready for pick up as promised. Most importantly, the cost is reasonable and no other hidden fees charged. Paid the same amount as the quotation.

More than that, all the staffs are friendly and professional. I missed their phone call about the repair update and I tried to called back their number. The phone line was busy, then, I tried to text the number. To be honest, I did not expect anyone would reply me. I just gave it a try. Fortunately, their service advisor, Janet, replied me promptly by text. She saved me a trip to the service center. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Well worth the price!

I ordered the service of replacing a battery for my GLC. The technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was friendly and professional. After watching him replace the battery, I a glad I spend for the service. Simply lifting the extreme heavy battery would be too much for me. Because of the design of my car, the work space is so crumbled. I would not be able to do it myself. Well worth the money.
