Product review

Unfortunately it's a not very good review. Postage takes a long time up to 7 working days prices are normal so not justified about postage time.

Spoke to customer service they said they would call me back never did, very poor.

I never communicated via email I phoned , so you probably have me mixed up with another customer.

However the delivery chap was spot on very friendly and the product is very good quality, so really happy.

For that I have increased my rating.

We apologise that we were unable to offer an earlier delivery date for your order and that you did not receive a phone call.

We understand that you have since spoken to our team via email who have explained, while we couldn’t accommodate the specific date requested, your order has been placed on standby in case a sooner delivery slot becomes available.

Our delivery service can take up to 7 days because we use our own fleet of vans rather than third-party couriers. This helps us ensure a reliable and consistent delivery experience, though it does mean routes are scheduled in advance.

Claimed 2 weeks ago and heard nothing since the generic 'We’ll review your claim and the documents provided and respond within 5 working days' email. Chased several times with the same generic email back.

Absolutely a con

Absolutely a con , rejected my trade in and still would not let me refund my hand set. Google offer a trade in price for your old handset however to process that takes longer than the 15 days so you are out of it time on the return policy.

Customer service is weak at best

Customer service is weak at best. I sent my items back for an exchange , I got a generic email saying that I would receive a refund. Items sent 10 days ago and I have had nothing back.

Very poor customer service pretty much…

Very poor customer service pretty much throughout customer services had no clue and would just pass you to another person, I'm still waiting for my reply to complaint response via a letter 3 months on still waiting. I'm glad I have sold my vehicle and no longer have any connections with the company. My advice is stay clear until they have sorted out their structure and management.
