I keep coming back (3rd trip experience)

This was my third coaching trip with Pep. The reason I keep coming back is that I take his technical advice with me and apply it for months after the trips.

I also keep coming back, because each trip, I see progress in my mindset. I am much more able to let go of frustration, comparison, or self-criticism than the first trip.

I would recommend this trip if you’re interested in:

1. Learning good technique (well-explained)
2. Want to challenge yourself (e.g. bigger waves, higher wave count, smaller board, mindset)

What’s more is that, on each trip, the group of other surfers was extremely enjoyable. Everyone wants to work hard, but protects the good vibe of the group. Even when things get tough or scary.

This edition, was my first time with a full-time videographer there, Storm. It was kind if hilarious to be filmed all day, but I got to peek at some of the footage.. it looks like these will be memories I carry with me forever.

I believe there's a scam going on here

I believe there's a scam going on here. I already posted a review saying my tights never arrived. I blocked the transaction after no replies for weeks.

NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER.

I ordered in November 2024, now in March 2025 I received a letter requesting money and threats they'll send a collection agency.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I don’t know what’s going on, but I placed my order weeks ago and never received it. Keep getting an automated message that they’re sending it soon. Happened on the ‘Italian’ site, but replies are from Belgium.

All-in-all terrible experiences

Despite (some) customer service personnel being extremely helpful, the overall experience I've had with UPS has been deplorable. From email updates being completely off and obscure to deliverers not asking for the correct recipient name, nothing seemed too crazy. I don't seem to be the only one sharing the opinion. Please avoid any more of your customer service people being the subject of what I expect to be a frustrated bunch (includes myself) and fix your logistics. What's taking you so long to fix anything @upsNL?
