I went to Istanbul by myself for multiple procedures and I was a bit nervous about the whole thing, but Dr Cagatay came across as very calm and knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. He's extremely skilled and talented and I'm really happy and grateful to have found such a gifted surgeon. I'm still healing and it'll take a while to see the final results of my surgery, but I have already seen huge improvements. The before and after pictures are quite shocking! I can recommend him with no hesitation.
I had just completed my purchase on Ticketmaster and the message of some credit back at my next purchase came up, so I thought it was coming from Ticketmaster and I completed the form. I then received a welcome email from Completesavings.ie and I IMMEDIATELY picked the CANCEL ACCOUNT option and I got a message saying that they were sorry to see me go and I would receive an email from them, confirming the cancellation. I haven't received the email yet and I emailed them twice to say that I am not interested in their service and I want them to cancel my account immediately. I got an automatic reply from the customer service saying that they are really busy and they can't get back to me yet!

Digiweb charged me two months in a row a staggering 59.95 euro monthly broadband charge, which is a 20 euro price increase, without letting me know anything about it. I was pretty shocked and I gave them the 30 days cancellation notice. In the afternoon, a Digiweb representative called me and offered me a refund and resolved the issue for me, so I decided to renew the contract for another year. It's important that customers are sent a warning prior to their contract being up and the charges increasing in price so drastically, so that they can make an informed choice about it.

I live at number 26. My parcel was delivered at number 29. I tried to contact the courier, but my emails bounced back and the customer service phone number only gives the option to check the tracking number on the website, I couldn't talk to anyone. I've found my parcel by someone else's front door down the street by pure chance, while I was walking my dog. Absolutely appalling service

Faith in SHEIN restored. I was getting really frustrated with the bot because I couldn't find the way to talk to a customer service representative, but I managed to talk to someone today and they are giving me a refund for the item that was delivered broken. I have been a customer since 2020 and I've always been impressed with the quality of the products and I have never had any issues.

I've ordered a replacement cable for my beats headphones and it arrived within the estimated delivery date. Quality is great and I'm very happy with it.
I'm quite shocked at the bad reviews, because I've ordered a couple of times already and (runners) and my shoes were perfect, delivery was fast and all went smoothly. Happy customer here, I'll order again.
