Reliable broadband and prompt customer service when I had an issue with billing
Digiweb charged me two months in a row a staggering 59.95 euro monthly broadband charge, which is a 20 euro price increase, without letting me know anything about it. I was pretty shocked and I gave them the 30 days cancellation notice. In the afternoon, a Digiweb representative called me and offered me a refund and resolved the issue for me, so I decided to renew the contract for another year. It's important that customers are sent a warning prior to their contract being up and the charges increasing in price so drastically, so that they can make an informed choice about it.
