They seem to think the client must be satisfied with limited details, I wonder if they realise the internet is a world wide web,and future clients do not have a private jet to drop in for a view . Giving the high fees they charge they should be a bit more sympathetic towards understanding the needs a future customer is looking for information to establish if the property is worth viewing. A little bit of advice don't give up your days job
Once they have your money don't expect any follow on queries from them. Much regret I placed a order with them

Sent a cheque for 2,000 pounds for a purchase of two set of bonds for my two grandsons Christmas present.they would not talk to me according to them I was not the responsible person ,they would not talk to my grandchildren mother because she did not purchase them ,long story one thousand was returned about 6 months later the other one thousand they have not acknowledged it stating it was sent out ,I don't believe they have ,dispute numerous e mails and requests for some one to ring back . Dove carefully in parting with your money they seem to operate the American system of no complaints
I tried to purchase some bonds for my two grandchildren for x mass 1,000 pounds each ,this was the early part of December 2023 in February 2024 they returned one thousand the other they will not give a explanation were it's gone.becouse I'm not down as a responsible person they will not communicate with me ,when the so called responsible person ,ie there mother phones up to check if they have issued they don't speek to her as it was not her to purchase the bonds it's now May 2024 and still no money back or any bonds issued ,your money is not safe these people are not responsible people to sort out any strait forward conplaines
They canceled a delivery date as promised will not acknowledge cancellation to make a refund, and daily e mails to reschedule date .how do I communicate with these morons no other date is convenient to me .apart from the.one they failed to deliver.
They are a joke first I ordered base units from the store in Rennes only when I unpacked there were items I did not order. Then I whent in to purchase the doors for the base units not in stock they have to be delivered ,the date was for the 12 of August. On the 11 I received a e mail can not deliver until the 24 August. Tried to cancell they insisting the order in progress can not be cancelled it's 750e I am a old age.pensioner they are robbing
When you do get through ,I bealive they employ people working from home,and the result is most of them don't want to help ,as they aske the most ridiculous security questions knowing you can't ansewer so they put the phone down on you. This happened every time I have phoned

Products are useless bought strimmer came with a broken spark plug bought another and.the machine does not start took it back to bricomarch and they are messing about saying they are going to send it off for repairs? A brand new useless machine monney waisted
On trying to top up on my monthly contract of pay as you go and doing it online ,received message transaction unsasesfull so I did it again the same happened on phoning them for a explanation I was notified they had take not 2payements but 4, out of my bank card and I still not able to get a refound

Thanks for the review, Vincent. If you're on a monthly contract, you will not be able to process any top-ups to apply additional funds to your usage. This has been restricted and top-ups can only be applied to a pay as you go mobile number on our network. If any transactions have failed, they will enter pending status via your bank. However, within 48 hours, the funds should automatically return to your available balance due to the transaction failing. This will also explain why we cannot issue a refund, as the funds were never applied to your account.
In future, if you need to use anything outside of your allowances that is chargeable, you can increase your safety buffer and the additional charges will be applied to your following invoice: http://tes.co/fBuffer
