Sent a cheque for 2,000 pounds for a purchase of two set of bonds for my two grandsons Christmas present.they would not talk to me according to them I was not the responsible person ,they would not talk to my grandchildren mother because she did not purchase them ,long story one thousand was returned about 6 months later the other one thousand they have not acknowledged it stating it was sent out ,I don't believe they have ,dispute numerous e mails and requests for some one to ring back .
