Absolutely gorgeous in person!

I loved these on the website, but when I saw them in real life they’re even more beautiful! Very well made and large! The chocolate brown colour is just lovely.

Very happy with Yodel delivery today

Very happy with Yodel delivery today. The communication was great, parcel was delivered on time and in an excellent condition.
Was more happy with the drivers manner. He was very friendly and efficient, asking me to check if the address was correct.
Goes a long way to have a friendly delivery driver!

Beautiful Burford!

Ordered the Burford Sideboard from Oak Furniture Superstore and it came quickly, in excellent condition, and was delivered carefully and professionally.
The whole process from ordering to receiving my order, was so smooth. I was updated the whole way through.
The sideboard itself is absolutely beautiful! So nice I have now ordered the tv unit and bedside drawers too!

Another fab delivery from Yodel

Another fab delivery from Yodel! Had a Cornish cream tea hamper delivered from here in Cornwall to my lovely Nana in Manchester. Updates were good, and driver arrived at the specified date and time window. My Nana reported that the box was in pristine condition and the driver was lovely.

Fab comparison site!

Always get my car insurance through compare the market. I’ve tried other comparison companies, but compare the market always come out with the best results. Love that I get cinema codes and money off food also. Always quick and easy to do a comparison and very easy to navigate through the site.

Great experience with Lowell

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lowell. It’s easy to set up payment arrangements through their app, and you don’t need to talk to them if you don’t want to. It’s easy to adjust the amount based on what you can afford, and if you need to lower the amount one month, you can. I have never been hounded by Lowell like other debt collectors, and have been treated like a human being. Thank you Lowell for making my journey to being debt free easy and stress free.

Love Coconut Lane!

I started ordering with Coconut Lane in 2024, and honestly I’ve had a great experience each and every time!
I’ve ordered phone cases, bags, cup carry cases and straw tops, and they’ve all been packed very well and arrived on time. Each item I have ordered has been lovely, and real treats for my daughters.
Quality of the items are very good and have stood the test of time so far.
I love Coconut Lane, the products are on trend and I know my daughters will love whatever they get gifted from here.
Customer service is great also, and they’re helpful if you need to contact them. Honestly, best find of 2024!

Disgusting service!

Absolutely shocking service from Yodel!! I ordered my product for next day delivery.. I finally got my package 6 days later!! Updates were non existent.. one email saying they had it, another saying they were busy. Absolutely disgusting! If I could give zero stars I would!

Delivery driver was pleasant and friendly, package arrived on time. Plenty of updates on package.
However, the package was ripped and the boxes inside were damaged! The These are presents, so not ideal that they are damaged.

Upsetting and stressful buying process without actually receiving goods!

If I could give a zero star, I absolutely would!
I purchased a car from Evan Halshaw online. Paid in full! I was advised online that there was no charge for delivery from Motherwell to Cornwall.
The day after my purchase went through I received a call from Evan Halshaw, in Motherwell, they advised me that there was actually a charge. And this would be £350!
I protested against this and was told the manager said to ring head office as there was nothing they could do. This felt very abrupt and rude considering they had already had my money!
I rang head office and this seemed to be sorted pretty quickly. Phone call back the next day to advise they would cover the cost. Advised then that they would have to be late with the agreed delivery date online. Not 2 days as booked through the web, but a week later! Not only that, but they wanted me to ‘meet the truck at the train station!’ To collect my new car. No correct handover, no discussion, nothing.
I advised the car should be taken to another Evan Halshaw to be given a proper handover! This was eventually agreed. So two weeks after initial purchase and the car should have been setting off for me to collect. Received a call to tell me the car had set off but the man driving the car ‘was not happy with the gears, and therefore was bringing it back to them’ (this was on a Sunday afternoon). 24 hours later I was advised the car had not yet come back to the compound. 24 hours later, advised that the gear box had gone, and therefore they could not sell me the vehicle! I’d already paid for it!
It was a complete shambles from start to finish! And has caused nothing but stress! I had sold my previous vehicle, which then meant that I had to hire a car, at cost to me.
The company state they do 120 point checks of their vehicles, well if this is the case, the fact that the gear box was imminently on its way out should have been known! So either they knew it wasn’t right and sold it with that knowledge, or they didn’t do their 120 point check as advised!
The customer service was disgusting, excuses after excuses. This branch did not seem to have a clue about selling cars, customer service or care about the stress I was put under!

I have not received a written apology, and it was very much ‘oh well, you can’t buy it, we’re sending it to auction!’
I received my refund in full straight away, but have had 2x insurance changes charged at £25 each, and paid tax of £20 for the car which has still not been repaid to me even though they advised they would!
I have never experienced customer service like this in my life! Disgusting.

I will say, this is for the Motherwell branch, I do not hold all of Evans Halshaw responsible, however I will never purchase a car from this company after my experience.
