After my usual fridge water filter was out of stock on Samsung website, I searched online and came across Filter Flair. After reading the reviews and looking at their social media, I decided to make a purchase and bought 2. The pricing is really competitive, ordering was super easy and order update communication was great throughout. I didn’t need to contact the company, but they included their email and phone number in my order confirmation email which, in the days of retail giants, is quite rare. The filters arrived in a few days and were perfect. I’ll keep purchasing from FF going forward.

I’ve been a customer with M&M for a few years now and find them excellent. I only get milk (cow and oat) so can’t comment on other products.
The milk deliveries are great, on time and the amendments (holidays, quantities, etc) are easy to do online. When I had an issue, they responded quickly and were very helpful.
I really like that the bottles are re-used so no more plastic cluttering my recycling bin.
I highly recommend the company.

I ordered a pair of boots and when received, one of them was slightly damaged. I spoke to Tina who was very helpful, advised me to re-order another pair to be send by the next day delivery and that they would refund me the delivery costs.

We’re getting oat milk delivered twice a week and it’s been brilliant. Milk is here usually by 7am, fresh, with use by day well until the next delivery. The website is easy to navigate and it’s easy to manage holidays to pause deliveries.
We’ve also had orange juice which was lovely. Highly recommend, excellent service.

Flannels customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. I ordered a Barbour jacket for my mother in law’s birthday and paid for the next day delivery to get it on time, but when I received it had a security tag attached. I sent a WhatsApp message to Flannels customer services and got a reply within a minute. After explaining the problem and that I needed the jacket as soon as possible, they refunded me the delivery charge for inconvenience, arranged for a pick up of the jacket and for a replacement jacket to be delivered at the same time. It all took less then 30 minutes and I received the jacket the next day. The best thing for me was that I got a response really fast, it was all done via WhatsApp (they have other channels too) and that I was able to get in touch with a customer service advisor, rather than being redirected to a FAQ page. I have never experienced such a fantastic customer service, I will not hesitate using Flannels again.
