Uncle Joe's Jerk London

I purchased a gift card for my niece in January and when she attempted to make a purchase it said the giftcard is linked to a different account. When i contacted the customer service they said The gift card is not linked to a different account , it's not showing as redeemed yet. The email address where you send the gift card to does not have an account with us yet so the recipient will need to create one to redeem this.
This is not the recipient ail but the sender's.
Tried all this didn't work. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't issue one as I have gone past 28 days. Evetytime I message customer service they take 10 days ti respond. No money back and we are in October. The biggest con.

I purchased some packaging from a company called Shenzhen Amazing Packaging on Alibaba. When I received the packaging I noticed the printing had quality issues and when handled by customers the printing began to rub off. I promptly contacted the company to notify them of the issue and requested a refund.

The company Shenzhen Amazing Packaging then blamed me and my potential customers for the issue and offered a refund of £13 after I paid £225 for the packaging. I then raised the issue with Alibaba.com hoping to get the issue resolved but Alibaba.com sided with the supplier implying that the fault lie with me and I would not be able to get a full refund but the original offer of £13.

This is the first time using the platform and it has been a bad experience. I have no option but to leave this type of review because the outcome to my issue is unacceptable. I know this may be a one off incident but the way it was handled was poor from a customer perspective.
