The money was in my account within minutes. Fantastic service from Tesco and with the Clubcard discount it proved the cheapest loan available,

I purchased Ralph Clear Glass Three Light Pendant, which I am very pleased with in February 2025.

Unfortunately, a glass shade recently has spilt vertically top to bottom.

I contacted customer services by email August 8th and was told a replacement would be sent. Four email chases and two telephone chases later and this remains unresolved as of September 1, despite being told for the second time a replacement had been dispatched and should arrive within two working days.

Unfortunately, Perch and Parrow ‘s customer service falls short and there is no follow to gauge customer satisfaction.

Food great, service by the young lady at Westfield Tuesday evening 20:33 was absolutely appalling, she made the whole experience a total misery. She was surely, unhelpful and uncooperative.
Tortilla customer service needs to step in and retrain or replace. The gentleman serving alongside her was very helpful.

Engineers Gary Costello and Paul Colliss are extremely helpful, very efficient and worked neatly and quickly to carry out our work request.

They arrived on time were polite and kept us informed.

I checked a few other quotes online after receiving a renewal notice from AVRO, all were a bit higher. I requested a new price by clicking the re-quote button in the renewal email which came back with improved price so signed up for another year. Very easy.
