I purchased Ralph Clear Glass Three Light Pendant, which I am very pleased with in February 2025.
Unfortunately, a glass shade recently has spilt vertically top to bottom.
I contacted customer services by email August 8th and was told a replacement would be sent. Four email chases and two telephone chases later and this remains unresolved as of September 1, despite being told for the second time a replacement had been dispatched and should arrive within two working days.
Unfortunately, Perch and Parrow ‘s customer service falls short and there is no follow to gauge customer satisfaction.
