SCAM
I bought an unlock code for a motorola from them. They never sent me the code but they took my money, around $ 3. Seeing that I do not send my code I asked paypal to return my money. After about 2 weeks I received a refund from paypal. That same day I received a threatening message from a Derek from unlock, that he had contacted the fraud department and my internet provider, as well as that I was dealing with fraud. Can you believe how brave this Derek is? So they are scammers but i am the one with fraud :) If necessary, I can attach the emails from them. there are so many serious companies, I have never had problems.

Informed clearly during the order process and prior to purchase of the bespoke nature of the service, and also informed that a refund would not be issued if incorrect information was submitted. Ignored this, stated their phone was a Motorola WX395 when in fact it's a WX345, then committed an act of fraud by reversing their payment to PayPal. We have made it clear to this customer that appropriate action will be taken, and advised they seek legal representation.
Unlocks will NOT tolerate fraud, so if you have fraud in mind, please stay away from our service, we do not want or need your custom!
