It did the job, so it's sorted. It took a little longer to deliver than I was led to believe, but once it was here, it worked fine.

Although I cancelled the pickup of our parcel and got a confirmation email, it was still collected and delivered to a customer who no longer wanted it and refused to post a return. This has caused me great inconvenience and expense because Interparcel doesn't communicate with their drivers that the order was cancelled. Noting the reply below, in the phone call and the email received confirming cancellation, it was never stated that it was just a request. Why would I then get an email confirming it was cancelled? What does confirming then mean? Nowhere was it stated that I would still get someone coming to attempt collection. I was left in no doubt that it was cancelled. I even removed the interparcel postage label. Would that itself mean it could not be collected? Their whole system they have in place, has failed, and they are more interested in denying their responsibility than in helping me retrieve my parcel.
