Not my fist purchase from Wood to Water. Lower price than other retailers. Item arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged.

Purchased some 1/3 Gastronorm Pans and Lids. Yet again looked at various suppliers and decided Buzz had, overall, the best offering. Turns out the items supplied were "Vogue" brand which, given earlier purchases, seems to be decent enough quality.

Got the item I wanted ( a genuine Dyson battery for an elderly neighbour) in the expected timescale.

Originally ordered direct with "Dyson" as delivery was free. Initially Dyson quoted 2/3 days delivery then changed to 7/10. Phoned on day 11 to be told 14 days. No sign of battery on day 18 so cancelled the order.

I should have placed the order with eSpares in the first instance!!

Purchase was perfect. However: I've already completed a survey with "TrustMate". Having completed the survey I researched "TrustMate" and could find very little information. Which was concerning. I contacted KunKune for clarification To be totally honest I'm, anyway, getting tired of having to review my "purchase experiences". Getting 2 invites is beyond ridiculous!!

Not my first purchase with Harts of Stur. Ordered 4 items; received 3 items plus 1 duplicate. Mailed "Harts" and missing item was quickly dispatched.

Recently, I've made a few purchases from"Wholefoods". All were bulk buys to achieve a good unit price. Quality/service seems good and items arrived well packaged. I won't bother shopping around in future as very happy with this supplier.

Not my first purchase from Buzz. Needed a large stockpot lid in stainless steel. Previously bought similar items from competitors. After comparing with competitors I decided to place my order with Buzz. Very happy with my purchase.

Goods arrived sooner than expected, as described and well packaged. Price was lower than competitors. All round I was very pleased with my first purchase from Wood to Water.
