Virgin Media broadband are really so bad to deal with.
If you are looking for a broadband provider, I strongly advise that you use another company. I had to stay with them for the last 4 years as they were the only provider to the apts. They never answer the phones and when you need to change names on the accounts they make it so difficult. Each time they get you to return the router and then they send you out another one instead of just changing the name on the account and to do so you need to be on the same phone call with the new account holder for them to accept the change over. I am nearly sure this is done to get you to stay with them and pay the higher prices when your Initial contract is up. Horrible company stay well clear.

Our experience with this company was absolutely terrible. We were in a minivan for 12 hours because of rock fall listening to the driver on the phone for the 12 hours speaking to multiple people, all the conversations were on speaker. On the return trip it took 6 hours and we were asked to pay more money to avoid the traffic by coming off the dual carriageway. We wouldn’t pay as we felt this was just extortion. Our agreed price wasn’t cheap at €1,400 for seven people from Lyon airport to Val d’isere.

We have Imagine broadband installed a number of days and have absolutely no problems like we had like buffering with our previous supplier. We had tried everything since last October and had been onto the supplier for help a number of times. The buffering would start at around 7pm and go on to 1030pm. I haven’t seen the 9oc News in months. I’ve now seen the evening news each night since we’ve installed Imagine.
We are very happy with our decision to move to Imagine.

Great company and their customers service is only 2 minutes at most to get in touch with if you have a question to ask.

Excellent service and received bulbs within 5 days.

Their customer service is disgraceful don’t try to ring them as you will be told your next and then you are 4th after waiting 2hours I hung up. There broadband is very poor. Terrible service, I will be leaving when my 1 year contract is up.
