Trusted Carvana and their partner, big mistake!

Just bought a 2025 Kia K4 from Carvana, should of seen how happy I was watching them drive my new car in it looked great. Funny thing is it looked just as good 2 days later when sum random ass tow guy is taking me home with my 2025 Kia on the flatbed because the engine gave out on the highway. Cost me 100 bucks to get it towed because Carvana wouldn't help me 2 days after I bought the car from them they said you bought the warranty so call them. Silver Rock(also bums and suck at their job) said it's a mechanical issue we can't help you. So there I am brand new car stuck on I-80 and nobody will help me. All Carvana has to say is we will pick it up sometime Monday between 8 and 8 so now on top of getting a rental because I have no car I now have miss a day of work to return their shitty car. Best part is their gonna put that car right back on their website and sell it to the next sucker, don't let it be you! I'm so tired of these big companies sweeping the consumer under the rug like "there are plenty more where you came from" where is the accountability? who is protecting us from these companies and their shady business practices?
